I am a partner and specialise in sports law and immigration law and I am head of the firm’s immigration practice.
Associate
I provide advice on all aspects of business immigration law including advising on all aspects of the Points Based System and related prevention of illegal working laws; assisting with the Sponsorship Registration Process and all other immigration applications such as citizenship and applications for spouses and dependants. I also advise individuals to obtain their own permission to live and work in the UK and I have a particular interest in assisting clients in making applications under EEA/EU law.
I specialise in all areas of corporate and personal immigration to the UK including European free movement and international transfers to the UK under the Points Based System. I have experience of presenting at universities across the UK on various immigration topics and regularly draft personal applications for high net worth individuals.
Senior Associate
I specialise in all aspects of business immigration and nationality law and have particular expertise with assisting multinational organisations and UK companies with employing individuals in the UK, as well as their larger corporate immigration strategy. I also have expertise advising high net worth individuals.
I prepare a variety of business immigration applications, and related applications such as citizenship and family member applications. I handle some of our more complicated or unique applications. I also keep our immigration team up to date on developments in immigration law and practice.
